Success is not an accident. It is built on hard work, perseverance, learning, sacrifice, and, most importantly, a love for what you are doing. I never lost belief in myself, although I was often afraid of failure. What keeps me going is clarity about what I want to achieve and the principles I live by. One of the most important principles I have learned is simple. If you keep moving and never give up, you will reach where you want to be. This applies not just to personal success, but to the protection and promotion of human rights. Every effort, no matter how small, contributes to building a society where all citizens are recognized, respected, and empowered. In Zimbabwe, rights are tied to everyday life.
